Adding to the festive atmosphere, Tip-Top Kettle Corn was on location, selling their delicious kettle corn to the delight of attendees.

Store Manager, Kim Arnold expressed her enthusiasm for the new store, stating, “Tractor Supply has more variety. It seems like as far as I can tell I think Tractor Supply’s gonna bring just a little bit different view to the community. And I think it’s a very exciting time for us.”

She extended her heartfelt thanks to the mayor, city council, Chamber of Commerce, district manager Dwight, her team members, and families for their support in making the opening possible. Arnold also acknowledged the patience of the customers, promising a smooth transition moving forward and expressing excitement in continuing to support the community of Excelsior Springs.

Dwight Isringhauser, the regional manager, emphasized Tractor Supply’s dedication to servicing the community and meeting customers’ needs at every level. He said, “Tractor Supply is very very good at what they do. And I think you’re going to see a consistent store with great in stock. Reflecting on the transition from Orschlen, Isringhauser expressed gratitude for the opportunity to continue servicing the community. He encouraged customers to provide feedback on how the store can improve and meet their needs better.
